In case you have some questions…

The turnaround time depends on the package you choose and the nature of your session.
For Vol. I, I allow up to 30 working days for your final gallery. More elaborate sessions and larger packages may require additional editing time, particularly when more detailed retouching or creative work is involved.
I always aim to deliver your photographs as soon as they are ready, without compromising the care and attention that goes into creating each final image.
-
Your final photographs will be delivered through a private online gallery via Pixieset.
-
Travel within 30 miles of my base is included. Beyond this, travel is charged at 55p per mile, calculated for the round trip. For locations requiring ferries, accommodation or other significant travel expenses, these will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
-
Before your session, we'll have a short consultation so we can talk through your ideas, expectations and anything you'd like to create together.
The consultation can take place via email or Microsoft Teams, depending on what works best for you.ption

At the moment, I don't offer traditional wedding photography. My focus is on creating intimate, story-driven experiences where I can work closely with my clients and create something truly personal and cinematic.
I do, however, offer elopement and intimate wedding photography through my Vol. III experience. These are intentionally smaller and more personal, allowing me to focus on the couple, the atmosphere and the story of the day rather than trying to cover a large traditional wedding.
If you're planning a small, adventurous or unconventional celebration in the Highlands, I'd love to hear what you have in mind.
-
Absolutely. If you have a story, character or idea that doesn't quite fit one of the standard packages, I'd love to hear about it.
Head to the Booking section and send me a detailed description of your vision, including any ideas, characters, outfits, locations or inspiration you already have in mind.
From there, we can explore the possibilities together and create something truly unique to you.
-
Not at all. You don't need to arrive with a fully formed idea - sometimes the best stories begin with just a feeling or a spark of inspiration.
We can have a chat about what you enjoy, what you'd like to create and the kind of experience you're looking for, and I'll help you develop the idea.

The day is about creating an experience, not simply standing in front of a camera.
We'll meet at our agreed location and take a little time to settle in before we begin. I'll guide you throughout the session, helping with movement, posing and interaction, so you never have to wonder what you're supposed to do.
I don't want your photographs to feel stiff or overly posed. We'll walk, explore, talk, laugh and interact with the surroundings, allowing the story to unfold naturally.
-
That's absolutely fine - most people aren't experienced models, and you don't need to be.
I'll guide you throughout the entire session, from simple movements and interactions to more directed poses when needed. You won't be left wondering what to do or expected to magically know how to pose.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your remaining balance will be due before your session.
Once your deposit has been received, your date is officially yours and our planning can begin.
-
For the best possible experience, I ask that only those being photographed attend the session. This helps keep the atmosphere relaxed and focused, allowing everyone involved to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
If you are bringing children who are part of the photographs, of course they are very welcome. However, additional guests who are not being photographed may be distracting, particularly during more involved or creative sessions, and can make it difficult to maintain the flow of the shoot.
If you have a specific reason for bringing someone with you, please let me know in advance and we can discuss what would work best.
-
Not at all. In fact, I don't really do very stiff or overly posed photographs.
I prefer to create images that feel natural, full of movement and emotion. I'll guide you throughout the session, but rather than asking you to simply stand still and smile at the camera, I'll give you little prompts, encourage you to move, interact and have fun. There will probably be plenty of laughing along the way - and that's exactly what I want.
Before your session, we'll have a short consultation. It's a chance for us to talk about what you're looking for, but also for you to get to know me and my approach. Choosing a photographer is personal, and I want you to feel comfortable with my personality and vibe just as much as I want to understand yours.
The most important thing is that you feel like yourself - just perhaps a little more magical.

Head to the Booking section and send me an enquiry with as much detail as possible about what you have in mind.
Tell me about the type of session you're looking for, who will be taking part, your preferred dates, location ideas, and anything else you feel might be helpful.
Once I receive your enquiry, I'll get back to you to discuss your ideas and the next steps.
